My little lamb

This is my little lamb. Bree is so loud when she is falling asleep or waking up, and she makes the funniest little sound that makes me laugh so hard. She can sound just like a little lamb and she does it all the time! I am so happy to have her here and she is such a good little girl. So far being a mother of two isn't too bad, but I guess it can't be that bad when one sleeps the majority of the day! I can't believe she is almost three weeks old and just how fast time really goes by. She makes all those pains of labor definitely worth it!

Sisters

Caylin has been so cute with her little sister. I was a little worried to see how she would react, and I have been pleasantly surprised so far. She loves to hold her, and when Bree cries, Caylin usually breaks out in song to console her. When Caylin wakes up in the morning and I go in to get her, she asks, "Where's Bree?" if I don't have her. I love having two little girls and can't wait to see how they grow up to become best friends.

My little mermaid

After Caylin's bath last night she went into the kitchen, got a fork and began "combing" her hair, just like Ariel.

Introducing . . .

BREE

Bree was born Monday at 7:59 pm weighing 6 lbs. 15 oz. and measuring 20.5 inches long. I'll just say delivery this time was not without a challenge, but a different sort of challenge than with Caylin. My epidural worked for about 10 minutes, then wore off completely, and there wasn't time for another one, so Bree was born naturally. She is beautiful and Caylin is so excited about her little sister.
