Can I just say I am so ready to get rid of the little floating baby! Come out Bree!

Here it is!

Here is our new house!!! We are so excited, and a little nervous to start ripping it apart, but just imagine how cute it will look in a couple of months! Colby and his brother actually started working on it yesterday and got quite a bit done, so I'm hoping it doesn't take too long, but you never know what kind of snags you'll run into. Caylin and I were there for a good part of the evening, and were thrilled to meet several of our new neighbors and hear how much they love the neighborhood. Caylin loved having tons of little kids around also, so I think this is where we are supposed to be!

Caylin had to take her camera too to take pictures

Finally . . .

I got pestered twice last week to update, but without an internet connection on our computer I didn't have great access to photos. Thanks Colb for finally taking care of that for me! Not much has been going on lately, but here are a few pics:

Caylin helped with her first batch of DeeDee cookies

We took Caylin miniature golfing at Mulligan's a couple of weeks ago. She loved it. When she sees a golf course, she tells me that is where daddy lives, and that she will go golfing when she gets big. I told her we were going golfing and she told me she couldn't go until she got bigger, but when I explained that we were going "little" golfing and she could go to, she was thrilled. Unfortunately she only lasted for six or seven holes, but it was so much fun!

check out that mini club! I was dying at how small it was!

she loves playing in the gutter and making footprints

here is the latest pic of the baby belly - hopefully one of the last also!
Caylin loves baby Bree and can't wait to meet her!

Ahhhhhh . . .

I finally feel like I can sit back and take a breather after this tiring and hectic week. We officially moved into my grandparents' basement on Tuesday, and I have been cleaning and unpacking and organizing all week. Today I feel like I finally got everything in its place and it feels like home at last. Too bad I have to do this all again in a few months, but for now, all is good. Next project: washing and putting away baby clothes, setting up the porta-crib, and getting ready for the next big adventure in our lives.

What's been going on . . .

These past few weeks have been crazy! We close on our condo next week, so I have been spending my days packing and trying to stay somewhat organized, but I feel like I can't find anything, let alone my mind lately. Let me tell you, trying to move with a two year old and being seven and a half months pregnant is not the ideal situation, but it will all be worth it in the end. We finally found a house, but won't close until after the baby is born, and it needs a lot of TLC, so we will be staying at my grandparents for the next few months. I am sure that after dealing with Caylin and a newborn, they will be more than happy to get rid of us when things are said and done! I thought I would have a few pics to share, but my computer isn't cooperating, so they'll have to wait until next time, whenever that may come around!

4th of July

So, better late than never with this one, but the Fourth of July seemed to come and go so quickly! We had fun going to the parade and games at Evergreen Park, which is a Healey family tradition.

This is our float, which Caylin absolutely refused to get on for some reason, so she actually walked over half of the parade, but then Holly and I ended up trading off carrying her. She loved throwing candy and waving at everyone.

The theme was "Heroes", so we all wore stars with our hero on them.

As you can see, the baby even got a star!

This is Caylin's new boyfriend, Nick. We walked to Wasatch Jr. High to do parachute fireworks before it got dark and these two became buds.
The sparklers were a hit! This is how she watched the bigger fireworks. She was okay as long as Papa was covering her ears!

She is my BEST friend!

We are so excited that our good friends Kris and Betsy and their cute little girl Niki are in town from Hawaii. The last time we saw them these two were barely five months old, and they are so cute together! Last night we we went to dinner, the park, and then to get ice cream and they were a riot! On the way home, I asked Caylin if she had fun with Niki, and she said "Yes, she is my BEST friend!"

they would hang there yelling "Monkeys! Monkeys!" before going down the slide

nothing like a Nielsen's Frozen Custard!

Sno Cones = Summer = Happy!

What is better than a sno cone on a summer day?

Are you kidding me?

I still have three more months of this??? I already feel like I'm ready to pop any day now and I really have three more months?!
